Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase with no penalty. After that, production begins and we’re unable to make changes.
Can I return my order?
Each piece is made to order, just for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns. We encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about fit, fabric, or style.
Can I exchange my order?
All purchases are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged. That said, we’re always here to help you choose the right piece from the start.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 3 to 8 weeks, depending on the piece and where we are in the production cycle. We’ll keep you informed and send tracking once your item is on its way.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
We recommend using a street address whenever possible — some pieces ship on a hanger in an upright garment box, which may not fit in a standard P.O. Box.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@tailoredmone.com. Be sure to include your order number, current shipping address, and photos of the item so we can make it right.
