Can I cancel my order ? 

You can cancel your order with no penalty only if you cancel within 48 Hours of your purchase.

How do I return items from my order ?

All items sold on tailoredmone.com are Made to Order and can not be returned.

What if I want to exchange my items for something else ?

All purchases are considered final sale, and can not be returned or exchanged.

How long will it take for my items to ship once I've placed my order ? 

7-14 days unless specified on the product page. 

Can I ship to a P.O. Box ? 

We strongly recommend not shipping your order to a PO Box as some of our garment ship on the hanger in an upright garment box.
